About Rev. Wes
My Story
I have always found inspiration within many religions and spiritual traditions. As an interfaith minister, I believe it is important to have the freedom to express our connection to Spirit or God as we each feel led, especially at life-changing events such as a wedding or the birth of a child.
My path to interfaith ministry began in Christianity, but today I find meaning in a Pagan spiritual tradition based on the sacredness of nature and the interconnection of all life on Earth. I strive to respect all paths and promote the positive values we have in common.
A native of North Carolina, I have more than 10 years of experience conducting custom weddings, life milestone blessings, funerals, public prayers and presentations. I am ordained by Sacred Well Congregation, making me a legally recognized wedding officiant in North Carolina. I received my Master of Divinity degree from Cherry Hill Seminary and have worked as a hospital chaplain and disaster services volunteer. I also currently serve the Sacred Well family as its Congregational Chaplain.
