Connect with Cherry Hill Seminary Alumni Circle!

One thing I've been up to since seminary graduation is working on establishing an alumni association for the school--and now, we're officially launched! I'm excited about this opportunity to stay engaged with Cherry Hill Seminary (CHS) and support the school and its program. Without CHS, I wouldn't be preparing for my chaplain residency, volunteering with the American Red Cross or be ordained by Sacred Well Congregation and so much more. So if you're a fellow CHS graduate, click here to join today!
We plan to have some virtual alumni gatherings to stay connected, and one of the things I'm most excited about is the launch of the school's first Professor of the Year Award. Each year, the current student body will have the opportunity to nominate their favorite CHS professor, and then the alumni committee will make the selection. The award will be named soon, but I have to keep that under wraps for now! Shhhhh!
And, we're calling ourselves "Votaries." Why and what does it mean, you ask? In both ancient and modern times, votaries are those people who have devoted themselves to religious service, as many CHS graduates do as Pagan leaders and professionals. A votary can also be someone is a passionate advocate for something--like Pagan and Nature Spirituality education. So Votaries helps reflect the mission and purpose of our Alumni Circle.
